THE ARGUMENT THEY CAN'T ANSWER
The purpose of the Second Amendment is not hunting. It is not home defense. It is not sport shooting. The Founding Fathers were explicit: the right to bear arms exists so that the CITIZENS can resist the GOVERNMENT if it becomes tyrannical.
This means the citizens must possess weapons EQUAL to those held by the state. Otherwise the amendment is meaningless. A musket does not resist a standing army. A rifle does not resist a drone. A handgun does not resist a tank.
The Founding Fathers understood this. In 1791, the citizens and the military had the SAME weapons. Private citizens owned warships! They owned cannons! They had cannons ON their warships!!! Today the Government has 5,500 nuclear warheads and you have NONE!
If the Second Amendment exists to check the power of the state, then the people must have the same weapons as the state.
Anything less is not a right. It is a permission slip.
THE FACTS THEY DON'T TEACH IN SCHOOLS
The word "arms" comes from the Latin "arma" which means ALL WEAPONS including ones that hadn't been invented yet (LOOK IT UP)
More people die every year from VENDING MACHINES than from privately owned nuclear weapons. EXPOSED.
The Constitution doesn't have an asterisk. There's no footnote that says "except elements with an atomic number above 92."
There is NO federal law that specifically mentions the word "plutonium" in the Bill of Rights. That means it's ALLOWED.
Japan has ZERO privately owned nuclear weapons and look what happened to them TWICE
They let you buy ammonium nitrate at the HARDWARE STORE but plutonium is somehow too dangerous???
